Job Summary
Conduct residential HVAC service and maintenance on gas furnaces, hydronic boilers, and A/C systems including mini-splits. Diagnose and repair equipment while reading manufacturer and Air Group installation guides. Record and view job information using technology tools. Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to a safety-first mindset. Work Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with flexibility for overtime and weekend customer needs on a voluntary basis.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service and maintenance experience
- Completion of HVAC trade school program
- EPA 608 certification
- Ability to work independently on gas furnaces, hydronic boilers and A/C systems - including mini-splits
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to read, understand, and follow manufacturer and Air Group, LLC installation guides
- Professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills - the ability to speak with customers professionally and respectfully
- Demonstrated ability to produce quality and consistent workmanship to avoid callbacks
- Ability to use technology tools to record and view job information/history
- Safety first mindset and the ability to keep an organized, clean workspace
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
- US Citizen or Green card holder (no sponsorship is available now or in the future)
- Must be flexible with overtime and weekend customer needs (voluntary)
