Job Summary
Lead residential HVAC installer responsible for running full installation projects from start to finish (heat pumps, gas furnaces, ACs, air handlers, and ductwork), leading a two-person team, and mentoring an install helper to become the next lead. Maintain organized, safe, and customer-ready jobsites; communicate clearly with customers and team members; solve problems with integrity; represent Mission Comfort’s values in the field. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC lead installation experience
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- NATE Certification (a plus)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
