Maintenance Technician role focusing on servicing and maintaining refrigeration equipment (walk-in freezers, refrigerators, coolers), dishwashers, water heaters, steam kettles, ovens, gas valves, pilot lights, thermocouples, and food-service units; installs and relocates Food Service equipment; may lead others, requisition materials, and maintain records; requires knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems, safety procedures, and ability to read schematics/blueprints; must lift heavy objects and work with tools; requires high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years experience, and HVAC certification; valid driver’s license; typical shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays.
