Job Summary
As a Maintenance Technician specializing in HVAC/Refrigeration, you will service and maintain refrigeration equipment (walk-in freezers, refrigerators, coolers) as well as related food-service appliances (dishwashers, water heaters, steam kettles, ovens, mixers). You will install and relocate Food Service equipment, may lead others, and manage materials and time records. Must troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, heating, and plumbing systems; read schematics/blueprints; lift heavy objects; and follow safety procedures. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years’ experience, HVAC certification, and a valid driver’s license. On-site role based in Colorado Springs, CO with occasional heavier maintenance work across the district; regular schedules include nights, weekends, and holidays.
