Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment including water source heat pumps, rooftop units, and ventilation systems. Maintain commercial refrigeration equipment such as walk-in coolers, reach-in units, and ice machines. Troubleshoot electrical and control systems while performing preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment. Install new HVAC and refrigeration equipment as needed and respond to equipment failures in a timely manner. Maintain accurate maintenance records using the club's computerized maintenance management system. Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized services and ensure all work complies with applicable mechanical, electrical, and safety codes. Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service when necessary. Assist other Facilities Team members with general maintenance projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC/Refrigeration experience
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
- Strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and equipment schematics
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Lift up to 75 pounds
- Work from ladders, lifts, and rooftops
- Frequently bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Desired Qualifications

- Experience with preventive maintenance software or CMMS
