HVAC/Refrigeration Project Manager

Lead and manage multi-site HVAC and refrigeration projects, including equipment installation, system retrofits, and maintenance programs within active, operating stores. Serve as the primary client-facing representative for all mechanical scopes, building relationships with franchisees, general contractors, architects, and vendors. Act as the subject matter lead to ensure best practices, system performance, and regulatory compliance across all sites. Monitor progress to achieve schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals while managing change orders, budgets, and financial reporting. Review construction documents, scopes of work, and contractor proposals to drive execution. Lead punch list completion and project closeout while providing regular reporting and proactive risk management. Coordinate between the owner's organization and stakeholders to maintain operational continuity.
