HVAC&R Technician - Lodge (Full-Time)

Job Summary
Responsible for repairs and maintenance of Sea Island property, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Perform proactive and preventative maintenance on various refrigeration and air conditioning units. Physical duties include inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment, moving furnishings, and coordinating with Engineering Supervisor. Must maintain safety standards, comply with company policies, and engage positively with guests and team members. Requires relevant experience, CFC certification, and valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five to six (5-6) years experience in related field
- CFC (Chlorofluorocarbons/EPA) certification required
- High School Diploma or equivalent credentials
- Valid Driver’s License
- Favorable driving history
- Must be 18 years of age or older to drive a company vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Universal HVAC&R Trade License(s) preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Positive attitude and ability to work with diverse individuals
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a yearly Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) review
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
