Job Summary
Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment. Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems. Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology. Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency. Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance
- EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong problem-solving
- Leadership potential
- Ability to work independently

- High School Diploma or GED preferred
