Job Summary
Service & Maintenance Corp is looking for experienced HVAC/R Service Technicians with a minimum of 5 years in the field to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment. Responsibilities include installing, inspecting, and diagnosing systems in a team-oriented environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC Refrigeration work
- Commercial industry HVAC Refrigeration background
- EPA Certification (universal and 608)
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
- Valid and clean driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
- Union training or NATE certifications
- F60 FDNY Torch Ops
- G60 Torch Flammable Gases
