Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC/R systems for Liebert/Vertiv equipment in commercial and industrial data centers. Perform soldering and brazing on refrigerant and water lines while interpreting schematics and managing startup and commissioning projects. Direct installing contractors and technicians, assist in training, and communicate daily job status to the dispatcher. Interface professionally with customers and Sales Engineers to present company solutions. Maintain company vehicle and tools while adhering to strict safety protocols and completing required training.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC Certificate from a college or trade school
- Universal EPA Certification
- Over five years full-time commercial/industrial HVAC/R experience
- Experience in all aspects of handling refrigerant and making all necessary repairs required
- Experience in trouble shooting both simple and complex electrical and refrigeration systems required
- Safety training required
- Valid driver's license to drive to customer sites
- Available to perform frequent scheduled on-call & overtime duties in surrounding area
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Liebert iCom a plus
- Self-starter experience
- OSHA 10 preferred
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
