HVAC/R Service Technician

Job Summary
Perform routine repairs on pump seals and bearings, inspect systems for malfunctions, and balance controls per manufacturer recommendations. Diagnose customer concerns with HVAC and boiler systems while reading blueprints and electronic schematics to ensure proper component installation. Fabricate, assemble, or install duct work and chassis parts using welding equipment, and execute maintenance procedures including cleaning, lubrication, and filter changes. Record faults and material expenses on work orders, adhering to all safety policies and maintaining a clean work area. Requires 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience and EPA certification. Full-time role servicing Little Rock, AR area.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience
- Universally EPA Certified
- High School diploma/GED required
- Ability to troubleshoot HVAC components with built up systems and package units, which may include chiller air handler pump towers, cooling towers, control systems, boilers and air handling systems
- Ability to learn commercial expertise in boilers, chillers, pneumatic controls, digital controls and packaged HVAC equipment
- Ability to read electronic schematics
