Job Summary
As an HVAC/R Service Technician, you are expected to perform maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC/R systems while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety regulations. This full-time position requires a solid understanding of HVAC/R systems, with responsibilities that include troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and conducting preventive maintenance. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in HVAC/R and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- EPA Universal Refrigeration certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC/R, PM, and troubleshooting
- Valid Driver's license with a clean record
- Vocational or Technical HVAC/R certification and 2 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance or a construction-related field or 4 years’ experience in related fields
Desired Qualifications
- Type I and Type II Environmental Protection Agency certification for refrigerant handling
- Experience in documenting and building maintenance
- Ability to ensure adherence to building codes and indoor air quality regulations
- Shift flexibility
