Job Summary
Maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including single systems, display cases, ice machines, EMS controls, and reach-in/walk-in coolers. Perform daily troubleshooting and mechanical repairs while adhering to a rotating on-call schedule. Requires EPA Universal Certification, five years of commercial experience, and ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs. Includes company van, fuel card, cell phone, and in-house training.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC/R and refrigeration experience
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical troubleshooting, and microprocessor controls (CPC, Novar, Danfoss)
- Experience with single systems, display cases, ice machines, and reach-in/walk-in coolers
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Communication skills
- EPA Universal Certification
- Must pass criminal background, drug, and motor vehicle screenings
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
