Job Summary
Maintain refrigeration and HVAC systems for retail locations by repairing compressors, water pumps, and control devices while proactively checking for and repairing refrigerant leaks. Establish effective communication with Site Management to inform them of ongoing maintenance activities, diagnose equipment malfunctions, and provide timely job updates. Perform preventive maintenance checks, monitor refrigerant usage logs, and maintain clean, safe conditions in machine and electrical rooms. Participate in the after-hours emergency call program and assist with troubleshooting problems as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience repairing commercial refrigeration equipment
- EPA Type I & II or EPA Universal license
- Must be within a 50-mile radius of Fort Mayers
