Job Summary
Maintain refrigeration and HVAC systems for retail locations by repairing compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and control devices. Proactively check for and repair refrigerant leaks while performing preventive maintenance checks and monitoring refrigerant usage. Establish effective communication with Site Management to inform them of ongoing activities, diagnose malfunctions, and provide timely job updates. Participate in the after-hours emergency call program and assist with troubleshooting problems. Maintain clean and safe conditions in machine and electrical rooms, ensuring product integrity through communication with store personnel. Complete equipment inventories and act in accordance with all company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience repairing commercial refrigeration equipment
- Preference given to candidates with experience in the supermarket industry
- EPA Type I & II or EPA Universal license
