Job Summary
Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts in retrofits, upgrades, and large complex HVAC solutions; 90%+ prospecting from existing customer base; conduct effective sales presentations to influence customers to buy; qualify opportunities within assigned accounts; manage quotes to close sales; coordinate with Operations to align installation timelines and deliver solutions; utilize knowledge of commercial HVAC mechanical systems, ASHRAE guidelines, energy efficiency considerations, and company pricing policy to uncover opportunities and drive revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 5-7 years of Sales experience
- 5-7 years of experience with commercial HVAC systems
- Mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of building codes and standards
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
