Job Summary
The HVAC Project Manager (Traveling) is responsible for managing project plans, operations, changes, resource forecasting, risks, and customer relations. Key responsibilities include assisting with layouts, developing detailed layout drawings, managing project schedules, reviewing project submittals, processing RFIs, preparing cost estimates and billings, overseeing subcontract performance, conducting inspections, and ensuring safety compliance. Required qualifications include considerable project management and supervisory experience, proficiency in MS Suites, and familiarity with project management software and blueprint reading.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience (construction preferred)
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Proficient MS Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with project management software
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings
Desired Qualifications
- Project management certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of national code and state-specific codes/amendments
