Job Summary
Oversee HVAC installation on multiple small to mid-sized commercial projects ($100K-$1M) by acting as the on-site leader coordinating with general contractors and field crews. Monitor schedules, resolve site issues, and maintain progress across numerous projects while working directly with about 10 long-term GC partners. Coordinate project milestones, deliveries, and subcontractors to keep work on track, review construction drawings, and communicate scope and expectations to field teams. Provide progress updates to internal leadership and ensure projects meet quality and safety standards, supporting project closeout including punch list completion and documentation handoff. Requires minimum 5 years of HVAC construction project management experience with field-based leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC construction project management experience

- Experience managing commercial projects with $100k+ contract values
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and installation methods
- Comfortable working on multiple fast-paced, small-to-mid-size projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of NC mechanical / building codes
