HVAC Project Manager

HVAC Project Manager responsible for managing day-to-day project activities, site visits, and coordination with service organizations and technicians for start-up, warranty, and troubleshooting. Develop proposals and pricing estimates for equipment and technical solutions, provide technical assistance to Account Managers and customers, and guide equipment selection using HVAC airside and waterside system knowledge. Collaborate with manufacturer partners and utilize software to ensure accurate equipment selections; work with Account Managers to align equipment selection and application. Develop comprehensive proposals with itemized costs and project information; support marketing strategies for customers. Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Requires travel to sites (10%-25%), strong communication skills, self-motivation, and independent decision-making. Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks is a plus. This role supports the commercial and industrial HVAC market across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana; Bachelor’s or Associate degree in related fields preferred, with equivalent experience considered.
