Job Summary
HVAC Project Manager responsible for coordinating job setup, budgeting and management of contracts, material logistics, and documentation while building strong client and contractor relationships. Responsibilities include planning and initiating projects with permits, developing detailed budgets, tracking costs, managing RFIs and change orders, monitoring progress with site visits to ensure timelines and quality, and reporting updates to senior management. Requires reading blueprints and project specifications, knowledge of local/state codes, leadership and clear communication, proficiency with MEP Autodesk software and Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license. Preferred PMP certification.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC project management or 10+ years in the HVAC/Sheet Metal industry
- Experience with MEP Autodesk or similar software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to lead teams
- Proficiency in MEP Autodesk Software (or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Bonus: PMP certification
