Job Summary
Manage commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish by overseeing scope, budget, and scheduling while working closely with general contractors, engineers, and vendors. Handle RFIs, submittals, change proposals, and project schedules to ensure proper permits are obtained and compliance with all regulations. Optimize cost efficiency by managing materials, purchasing, and vendor returns, and prepare monthly Estimated Cost at Completion (ECAC) reports. Requires 3-5 years of experience in commercial mechanical construction and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial mechanical construction
- Strong knowledge of mechanical plans/spec & design/build industry
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to make independent decisions
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related (preferred but not required)
