Job Summary
Manage full-cycle commercial HVAC construction projects from planning through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, manpower planning, and project KPIs. Review drawings, specifications, and field measurements to ensure accuracy and contract compliance while coordinating with Sales, Production, field teams, and customers to maintain quality and customer satisfaction. Monitor project progress, report status to the Senior Project Manager, and ensure Quality Assurance standards are met on all projects. Requires a valid driver's license, 4+ years of experience, and proficiency in scheduling software and CAD. GSM Services is a century-old family-owned business serving the Greater Charlotte area with a focus on commercial roofing and air conditioning, celebrating its centennial in 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with safe driving record
- 4+ years of Commercial HVAC Project Management experience
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
- Work outside in various weather conditions for extended periods
- Walk, stand, stoop, or sit for prolonged periods
Desired Qualifications
- Associate Degree in related field (preferred)
