Job Summary
HVAC Project Manager role focused on planning, guiding, and delivering construction projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, leading cross-functional teams, coordinating resources, managing contracts and change orders, reporting on budget variance and milestones, facilitating Owner-Architect-Contractor and Architect-Design-Contractor meetings, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with project management tools (Basecamp, SAGE, BuildOps) and construction accounting/estimating knowledge; Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $125,000 base plus bonuses, benefits, and PTO; on-site role based in Kennesaw, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction schedules, budgets, and contracts
- 3 years in a senior or leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications preferred
