Job Summary
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for commercial HVAC projects from conception to completion. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors while overseeing project budgets, tracking expenses, and managing billing. Lead and mentor project teams, source and negotiate with subcontractors and material suppliers, and enforce strict quality control standards and safety compliance. Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of [5] years of experience in HVAC project management, with a strong focus on commercial projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep understanding of HVAC systems, blueprints, and construction processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
