Job Summary
Lead commercial HVAC projects by preparing detailed estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, and managing jobs from bid through completion. Coordinate with internal teams, maintain client relationships, track budgets and schedules, and actively develop planned maintenance contracts to drive long-term success. Requires a valid driver's license and proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office. This full-time role in Gainesville, FL offers a stable schedule, health benefits, and a company vehicle allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience
- Proven experience in estimating commercial HVAC equipment projects
- Sales experience in any field
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
