Job Summary
Support Project Management on commercial/institutional HVAC projects from preconstruction through closeout by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with vendors and field teams, preparing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and maintaining project logs. Assemble bid packages, track drawings and revisions, assist with lookahead schedules, and help with procurement, invoicing, and closeout documentation. Requires detail-oriented, proactive collaboration with project managers, foremen, and external stakeholders; proficient in MS Office and familiar with construction management practices and HVAC terminology. Based in Miami, FL.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a related field (mechanical/HVAC industry strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to learn project management and construction software)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
