HVAC - Professional Engineer

Develop engineering scope for projects while coordinating mechanical requirements with architects and other disciplines. Perform detailed load calculations using Trane Trace 700 and Trace 3D Plus, conduct life-cycle cost analyses, and produce written specifications and sequences of operation. Create HVAC documents including duct, air distribution, pipe sizing, and routing, alongside plumbing documents for sanitary, vent, and domestic water systems. Ensure compliance with codes and regulations, manage external stakeholder commitments, and provide technical guidance to Revit designers and engineers. Assist in client relationship management and prioritize workload to meet critical path items. Requires Mechanical Engineering degree, licensed PE, and industrial HVAC experience.
