Job Summary
Remove and replace disposable and reusable filters, clean fan coils, condensate pans, lines, evaporator units, and cooling towers. Perform routine maintenance work including sweeping, debris removal, and general housekeeping. Assist others with complex or physically demanding tasks and occasionally operate a government-furnished vehicle. Use common hand tools while lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires valid driver's license and one year of field experience supporting an HVAC Preventive Maintenance Program in a commercial or industrial setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year of field experience supporting an HVAC Preventive Maintenance Program in a commercial or industrial setting
- Possess a valid Drivers License
- Basic working knowledge of facility maintenance and operating characteristics
- Possess good organization and communication skills
- Possess maturity and ability to deal with all levels of people, both inside and outside the company
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Possess industry experience in related shop mathematics and the interpretation and application of building plans, specifications, schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and sketches of all complexity
