Job Summary
Diagnose and repair pool filtration systems, pumps, motors, and electrical components while performing plumbing repairs on PVC piping, valves, and fittings. Conduct heater diagnostics for gas, heat pump, and electric systems, then install or replace pumps, filters, and automation equipment. Maintain water circulation and filtration performance across multiple facilities, documenting all repairs and maintenance performed at each property. Travel between job sites in Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, utilizing a company vehicle or reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or pool service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- Ability to work outdoors and travel between job sites
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Desired Qualifications
- Pool equipment repair or pool mechanic experience
- Plumbing or mechanical repair experience
- HVAC or heating system troubleshooting
- Experience repairing pool pumps, filters, motors, and heaters
- Knowledge of PVC plumbing systems
