Job Summary
Conduct routine and emergency HVAC, plumbing, and handyman service calls within a 2-3 hour driving window from your home location. Complete paperwork and documentation with photos, then provide input on quotes for follow-on work. Be attentive and responsive while working semi-autonomously. This role supports light commercial maintenance across large geographies, offering autonomy, paid time off, and advancement opportunities for mature technicians with relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Valid Driver's License
- Familiarity with pipe threading and construction plumbing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Maintenance Person skills for general maintenance tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Certification or degree in HVAC technology is a plus
