Job Summary
Oversee HVAC Systems Maintenance including operation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers and exhaust systems; perform routine inspections and maintenance of filters, refrigerants, lubrication, and belt tension; troubleshoot HVAC electrical controls, motor starters, and VFDs; operate and maintain transformers, HT/LT panels, DG sets, switchgear, protective relays, earthing, and lightning protection; monitor and control BMS for HVAC, lighting, and security, analyze data to improve energy efficiency, and respond to alarms; maintain fire fighting systems including pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, and fire alarm panels; identify energy conservation opportunities (VFDs, power factor, lighting controls); manage AMC vendors and maintain maintenance records; ensure adherence to safety protocols (LOTO, permit-to-work); ensure statutory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
