HVAC & Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager

Develop accurate project estimates, prepare proposals, and coordinate project handoffs for residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing work. Manage awarded projects from preconstruction through execution, ensuring successful completion within budget, schedule, and quality expectations. Serve as the primary link between sales, operations, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, builders, and homeowners to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial estimate through project closeout.
