HVAC/Plumbing Account Manager

Job Summary
Manage the complete customer experience for a portfolio of commercial HVAC and plumbing clients, overseeing service contract renewals, capital project sales, and operational issue resolution. Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities, negotiating annual and multi-year contracts, and analyzing equipment replacement needs through failure trend tracking. Coordinate planned service outages, prepare service quotes and bids, and conduct site visits to evaluate facility requirements and deliver sales presentations. Balance revenue objectives with operational excellence while maintaining accurate customer records and providing technical feedback to internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering
- High School/Trade School Diploma (or GED/High School Equivalence Certificate) with 2-5 years of commercial HVAC/controls service or sales experience
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC, building services, or facilities management
- at least 2 years in account management or technical sales role
