HVAC Planner/Scheduler

Job Summary
Lead maintenance planning and scheduling for all HVAC operations using the CMMS system and standardized business processes. Collaborate with planners, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate corrective activities, manage MRO parts ordering, and create purchase requisitions. Ensure all assignments meet code compliance and CMMS standards while auditing data integrity for complex reports. Facilitate daily team huddles to communicate maintenance activities and close gaps against KPI metrics. Identify risks to eliminate downtime and adhere to safety protocols in a 24/7/365 GMP manufacturing environment. Requires 3-5 years of HVAC experience and proficiency in scheduling software, databases, and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Field experience in HVAC, or undergraduate degree in business administration, engineering or facilities
- Minimum 3-5 years direct experience in operational, and customer service
- Strong technical knowledge of scheduling software, procurement systems, CMMS, databases, Microsoft Office programs, etc
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate well in verbal and written reports
- Strong organization skills and collaborative approach
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
