Job Summary
HVAC Parts Sales role focusing on Service Sales Account Management to generate revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales. Responsibilities include identifying market potential, scheduling appointments, presenting solutions, closing deals, expanding existing accounts with new products and services, monitoring competitive products, recommending new products, and maintaining knowledge through educational opportunities. Emphasis on customer service, product/service capabilities, and building rapport to meet sales goals within the HVAC/construction/service industry. The position requires HVAC experience and strong presentation, negotiation, and computer skills (Windows 7 Outlook).
