Job Summary
Sell Johnson Controls service offerings to building owners at the Director level, develop long-term customer relationships/partnerships, manage renewals of multi-year renewable service agreements, and close new sales opportunities by expanding offerings within managed accounts; focus on selling services and retrofits to improve building performance and operational objectives while engaging owner decision-makers and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes persuasively communicating value, understanding customer needs, and driving profitable outcomes through ongoing account development and expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or Equivalent SALES Experience in HVAC or Building Automation Industry
- A minimum of six (6) years of progressive field sales experience
- At least one year successfully selling HVAC or building automation system service or projects
- Demonstrates a commitment to integrity and quality in business
- Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence account decision makers at key levels
