Job Summary
Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor comfort needs following technician referrals, inbound inquiries, and company-generated leads. Perform in-home assessments and recommend HVAC replacement solutions tailored to each customer's home and budget. Present system options, financing programs, warranties, maintenance agreements, and available promotions while preparing accurate estimates and proposals using company software. Build trust through honest recommendations and exceptional customer service, then follow up throughout the sales process to ensure an outstanding experience. Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation and maintain accurate customer records within the CRM.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Previous in-home sales, HVAC sales, home improvement sales, or outside sales experience preferred
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to explain technical information in a way homeowners can easily understand
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and sales software
