Job Summary
HVAC Outside Sales Representative responsible for generating new revenue in the Denver metro area through cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, and territory development; conduct technical site evaluations; build a robust pipeline and present proposals for service agreements and projects; partner with internal operations; sell maintenance agreements and long-term service contracts; travel within the territory; requires 2+ years of commercial HVAC/mechanical sales and CRM proficiency, plus a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical sales experience
- Proven outbound prospecting and closing of net-new business
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, service models, and project sales cycles
- Ability to self-generate opportunities without reliance on inbound leads
- Comfortable selling in a competitive, relationship-driven market like Denver
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the territory
