Job Summary
Apprentice role supporting HVAC or Plumbing teams with service, installation, and repairs; learn SMACNA standards for ductwork; paid training and hands-on mentorship to build a long-term career in skilled trades. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, completing work orders, assisting with installations and repairs, interpreting blueprints/diagrams, and following safety procedures. Emphasis on customer service, documentation, and professional communication. Eligibility requires a valid driver’s license and authorization to work full-time in the United States; post-offer pre-employment drug testing and safety compliance. Required Qualifications
- Strong interest in learning the HVAC and/or Plumbing trade.
- Ability to use hand and power tools under supervision.
- Basic computer skills, including email.
- Willingness to learn to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to build a long-term career.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
