Job Summary
Lead the HVAC team in achieving sales revenue goals and forecasting to meet targeted quota objectives. Oversee daily scheduling, coordinate personnel assignments, and orient new members while assessing competency through coaching and training. Maintain high workmanship standards by evaluating results, participating in incident investigations, and ensuring quality control across all operations. Drive customer satisfaction by acting as the primary client interface and problem solver, while fostering teamwork and adjusting plans to overcome workplace challenges. Requires 5+ years in HVAC leadership with hands-on trade experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Leadership role in the HVAC trade
- Hands-on experience as a qualified and competent HVAC
- preferable license
- Excellent computer skills
- Success in driving revenue/targeted quotas attainment for a division
- Outstanding leadership skills

- Prior experience managing a large group of employees
