Job Summary
Operations Manager for One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® responsible for ensuring customer needs are met while enforcing policies and procedures; leads and guides managers, supervisors, and field staff to achieve profit margins, service expectations, and safe, efficient delivery of HVAC services and products. Oversees budgeting, facilities, safety programs (OSHA compliance), vendor negotiations, inventory, scheduling, training (in-house, Ride-alongs, Success Academy), reporting, and performance evaluations to maximize production and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of verifiable managerial, technical, and sales experience in HVAC or related field
- Knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC products and services
- EPA certification
- NATE certification
- GED or High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
