Job Summary
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial and residential HVAC systems, diagnose mechanical issues, and recommend repairs. Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components while conducting preventative maintenance tasks such as filter changes and coil cleaning. Complete all work orders with accurate documentation and notes promptly, maintaining inventory of tools and materials in service vehicles. Clearly maintain regular communication with dispatch. This role requires EPA certification, three years of HVAC experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs overhead and work at heights. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in all aspects of commercial or residential HVAC
- EPA Certification
