Job Summary
Oversee and perform hospital HVAC maintenance and repairs, focusing on heating, air conditioning, controls, and circuits; conduct inspections and preventive maintenance (PMs) on HVAC and refrigeration equipment; manage work requests and coordinate parts orders; ensure system reliability and optimal environment for patients in the Engineering Department.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- HVAC certification and comprehensive training
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation and repair
- Preferred mastery of HVAC systems and certification in Certified CFC requirements
- Essential experience in working with large hospital HVAC systems
