HVAC Mechanic

Maintain, repair, install and operate boilers, refrigeration equipment, generators, and all HVAC systems including chillers, air handling units, controls, package units, split systems, exhaust fans, refrigerators, freezers, and pumps. Inspect and maintain mechanical equipment to ensure economical and efficient operation; perform preventive maintenance; read blueprints and specifications; interpret technical reports; leverage predictive maintenance concepts and analyze system performance. Requires HVAC certification and NATE certification; holding additional certifications (HVAC Excellence Professional Level, UA Star Mastery, or Union Local Journeymen) is expected. Must pass a government background investigation. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel) and testing equipment; able to work from detailed designs and adhere to safety and quality standards.
