HVAC Mechanic III

Independent Level III HVAC Mechanic to perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and complex repairs on a broad range of HVAC/R systems. Requires advanced knowledge of mechanical and controls systems (pneumatic and DDC), VRF, hydronic, VAV, constant volume, VFD, CRAC, and DX systems. Responsibilities include startup/commissioning of complex equipment, diagnosing mechanical/electrical components, mentoring Level I–II technicians, and providing technical support. Must read blueprints/wiring diagrams, maintain service records, follow safety protocols, and handle components such as motors, controls, and electrical wiring. Certifications: Universal CFC; AA preferred or equivalent experience.
