Job Summary
Perform repair, maintenance, and installation of HVAC equipment and building automation systems under direction. Execute Fire Damper documentation, complete work orders for Life Safety and Environment of Care, and manage Preventative Maintenance Work Orders. Coordinate projects, requisition materials, and train staff on HVAC and building automation systems. Interpret local and national codes while maintaining proper documentation. Requires EPA Refrigerant Certification, valid New Hampshire Driver's license, and minimum two years' HVAC experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid New Hampshire Driver's license
- Driving record from Department of Motor Vehicles
- Proof of insurance coverage
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in HVAC
Desired Qualifications
- Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Refrigerant Certification
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with building automation
- Familiarity with internet software
- Knowledge and ability to interpret and apply local and national codes and standards
