Job Summary
Repair and maintain all HVAC equipment, heating, air conditioning systems, and industrial boilers and chillers to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Operate assigned equipment, perform scheduled preventive maintenance, and investigate environmental problems while submitting material requisitions and providing in-service training on control systems. Complete repairs expeditiously to minimize disruptions and provide legible documentation per engineering procedures. On-call rotation may be required. This role supports St. Luke's mission to care for the sick and injured across its regional network.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate (G.E.D.)
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience through on the job training in firing high-pressure boilers
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience with industrial air conditioning and heating systems
- Universal Refrigerant Certification (EPA) required
- Standing for up to eight (8) hours per day
- Walking for up to four (4) hours per day
- Sitting for extended periods of up to two hours
- Lifting loads of up to 60 lbs.
- Pushing loads of up to 300 lbs.

- On Call rotation
