Job Summary
Conduct advanced residential HVAC diagnostics and service work for ductless, heat pump, and conventional systems while resolving escalated technical issues. Coordinate materials, equipment, and job readiness for installation projects, assisting with scheduling and workflow to keep operations on track. Visit job sites to ensure quality workmanship and communicate directly with the Branch Manager regarding progress, field challenges, and staffing needs. Collaborate with installation and service technicians to improve efficiency, resolve real-time installation issues, and deliver exceptional customer service during in-home visits. Requires EPA Certification, valid driver's license, and minimum 5+ years of residential HVAC experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift equipment and work in residential field environments
Desired Qualifications
