Manage job costing, estimates, and margin accountability to run the department's P&L, solving site problems before they escalate. Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing residential and/or commercial HVAC operations
- EPA Section 608 Certification
- Deep technical knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and refrigerant handling
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to support multiple locations across our Illinois and Wisconsin service area as needed
