Job Summary
Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues, perform routine maintenance including cleaning and part replacement, and test system performance using specialized tools. Install, repair, or replace defective components, and identify upgrades to enhance energy efficiency while maintaining accurate work records. Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines during operations. Requires one year of residential HVAC experience, knowledge of codes, fleet management skills, and sales/customer service expertise. Includes weekly pay, uncapped earning potential, fully stocked company vehicle, and robust benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of residential HVAC service experience minimum
- Basic knowledge of the HVAC codes and safety procedures
- Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
- Sales and Customer Service Experience required
- Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
